Ground beef
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Salt and pepper
Mrs. Dash seasoning
Shredded cabbage
Heavy cream
Shredded colby or sharp cheddar cheese


Saturday Low Carb

Instructions

Brown ground beef in a skillet over med-high heat, drain grease from meat and return to skillet. Add onion and garlic, cook additional minute or so. Add salt and pepper to taste and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Reduce heat to medium and add shredded cabbage. Stir to combine and add 1/2 cup hot water. Place a lid on the skillet and allow cabbage to steam for 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Remove cover, (most of the water should have steamed away) and stir in the heavy cream. Allow mixture to cook, reducing cream to a thickened sauce. Stir in shredded cheese and remove from the heat and serve. May transfer to a casserole dish and keep warm in oven. Serves 4.
