beef back ribs, split
Chicken and Poultry Rib Rub
Season salt

brown mustard
Sugar-Free honey
Olive oil


Mustard Crusted Beef Back Ribs

Instructions

Rinse ribs and pat dry with toweling. Rub ribs with seasoning and seasoned salt. Place ribs on a sheet tray and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Remove tray from oven and drain greese from tray. Allow ribs to cool for 20 - 30 minutes. Combine mustard, SF honey and olive oil in a small bowl and stir with a wire wisk until completely combine. Spoon a light amount and brush to cover ribs with sauce. Return to 250 degree oven for an additional 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving. The sauce will form a nice thin, mellow mustard crust on the outside of the ribs. Enjoy!
