Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Brown burger and onions, salt and pepper to tast. Drain fat and add the cumin, oregano, 1 tbsp of the chili powder, and diced green chilis to meat mixture. Put meat mixture in a buttered casserole dish. I used a 10x10 baking dish and butter the dish. Mix eggs, mayo, whipping cream, and 1 tbsp. of chili powder. Pour over the meat mixture. Then top evenly with the shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with a tbsp. of sour cream and some shredded lettuce.
