lean ground beef
heavy cream
water
ground flax seed
crush pork rinds
chopped onion
egg, beaten
Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
garlic powder
dry mustard
ground thyme


Meatloaf with Flax Seed

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine beef, cream, water, ground flax, crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic, mustard, and thyme. Mix well. Press mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until no pink remains. Remove from oven, drain grease from pan, then let stand 5 minutes. Remove loaf from pan, place on platter to serve. May top with low carb ketchup and return to oven for 5 minutes.
