Ground beef
onion, chopped
Black soy beans
Low-Carb ketchup
Salt and pepper
prepared mustard
Shredded cheddar cheese


Low-Carb Beef and Bean Skillet

Instructions

Drain about half the liquid from the beans, do not rinse. In a large skillet, (I like a cast iron skillet,) brown the ground beef, drain greese, add onion and cook several minutes. Add beans, ketchup, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir to combine, continue cooking until mixture is as thick as you desire. Reduce the heat to slow, sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Top with a lid and allow cheese to melt for several minutes. Take skillet to table for family style service.
