Coconut Macaroons

Instructions
Mix coconut, cream, splenda, almond flour and extracts in a bowl and let sit for 1 hour. If the mixture is dry at the end of the hour, add a few drops more cream. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until thick and foamy and add a pinch salt. Continue beating until stiff peaks are formed. Fold egg whites into coconut mixture.
Spoon onto greased baking sheet by teaspoon. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool a bit before removing from cookie sheet Yields 16 cookies.
