| 2 lbs 1 C 2 To taste 1 Tbsp 2 tsp. 1 tsp. 1/2 C | ground beef crushed pork rinds eggs, beaten salt and pepper Worcestershire sauce dried onion Mrs. Dash seasoning Heavy cream |
Basic Low Carb Meatloaf can be made while on Indusction as it uses no flour and instead uses Pork Rinds for filler.

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and turn into a baking dish. I use a glass 9 x 13 inch or sometimes a round 2-quart baking casserole. Cover baking dish with foil covering. Bake in a preheated 350 degree C oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool for no more than 5 minutes. Drain grease and dripping from meatloaf. Top with topping or your choice. Try 2 Tblsp of a coarse ground-mustard. Return meatloaf, uncovered to the 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove and allow meatloaf to rest 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
